Method
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients.
Step 4
Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stir continuously.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into muffin cases.
Step 6
Pop into the pre-heated oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 7
Take out of the oven and leave to cool and then serve.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 3/5 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 scoop All Natural Whey
- 3 ripe Bananas
- 1 egg (whisked)
- 6-8 drops Lo Han Honey
- 100ml milk of choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
