Method
Step 1
Add dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together
Step 2
Add in the wet ingredients, whisk altogether
Step 3
Pour the mixture into 2 mugs. If it’s just for yourself, you can leave one of the mugs in the fridge with the mixture ready for tomorrow.
Step 4
Add 2 chunks of dark chocolate in the middle
Step 5
Microwave for 70 seconds. Voila

- 1 egg (whisked)
- 60 ml oat milk
- 4 chunks dark chocolate
