Method

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180c fan

Step 2

Cream butter and lo han blend together.

Step 3

Cream the butter and lo han blend together.

Step 4

Slowly add the eggs into the mixture and mix for 3 mins. Next add the vanilla essence.

Step 5

Add flour, all natural whey and baking powder, into the mixture and combine together. Gradually add in the milk until a you have a smooth batter consistency.

Step 6

Stir in the blueberries to the mixture. Place a spoonful into a muffin case, filling each to about half way.⠀

Step 7

Bake for 15-20 mins until golden

•110g plain flour⠀
• 110g butter⠀
• 65 g lo han blend⠀
• 2 eggs⠀
• 1 tsp baking powder⠀
• 2 scoops All Natural Whey⠀
• 1 tsp vanilla essence ⠀
• 100 ml milk⠀
• 125g blueberries
