Method
Step 1
Pre-heat fan oven to 180 degrees
Step 2
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl.â
Step 3
Combine all the wet ingredients togetherâ
Step 4
Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dryâ
Step 5
Spoon a teaspoon of the mixture into muffin casesâ
Step 6
Pop into the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown

⢠100 ml milk of choiceâ
