Homemade Rhubarb from the garden to make our delicious gin.

Method
Step 1
Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer, covered, on low heat for 30 minutes, or until the rhubarb is soft. Set the pan aside and let it cool.
Step 2
Strain the liquid through a cheese cloth. Measure the resulting liquid. Add an equal measure of Gin. This should make around two litres. For best results leave for a 2-4 weeks. Enjoy!
