A Thanksgiving Staple, our traditional sugar-free Cranberry Sauce.

Method
Step 1
Squeeze the juice from 1 clementine. Pour juice into a saucepan along with the cranberries, golden lo Han Guo & port.
Step 2
Stir and cook for 5 minutes to allow the cranberries to soften and burst
Step 3
Tear the other clementine (better sill remove the membrane as well). Cook with the cranberry sauce for a further 2 minutes. The cranberry sauce can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
