Method

Step 1

In a blender, combine the mango, monk fruit, water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth

Step 2

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Tips

  • For a more intense mango flavor, use ripe mangoes.
  • If you don’t have fresh mangoes, you can use frozen mangoes. Just thaw them before blending.
  • You can also add other fruits to the mixture, such as pineapple, banana, or raspberries.
  • To make the popsicles even more refreshing, add a splash of coconut milk or juice.
  • Use a high-powered blender to get a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Don’t over blend the mixture, or it will become too icy.
  • If you’re using frozen mangoes, thaw them until they’re soft but not mushy.
