Guilt-free Chocolate Dessert



Step 1

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the mousse into individual serving glasses.

Step 2

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6-8 drops Lo Han Honey (add more or less depending on how sweet you like it!)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk alternative)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
