We have created lo han blend with the help of both Erythritol & Monk Fruit extract. Both are 100% non-GMO natural ingredients which when blended together create a 1:1 sugar substitute which tastes & feels just like sugar!
Erythritol is a natural sweetener derived from sugar alcohols found in corn, fruits and plants.
It is about 70% the sweetness of sugar. By blending erythritol with our Monk Fruit, which is 150-300 x sweeter than sugar, it creates the perfect like-for-like sugar substitute. Magic.
