About Lo Han Guo
Lo han guo is our sweetest, most intense, Monk Fruit sugar substitute. At 40% MogrosideV (learn more about Mogrosides here), lo han guo is about 200-300 x sweeter than sugar. We have not added any other ingredients to leave you with 100% Pure, Natural, non-GMO Monk Fruit extract.
You will only require a teeny, tiny amount. Each 20g pouch includes a miniature scoop which is 1/32 of a tsp. One scoop of lo han guo is equal to 1tsp of sugar. You’ll get around 356 servings. See our conversion chart in Monk Fruit-Sugar conversion tab.
Lo han guo is a fine powder, almond white in colour. It’s taste is intensely sweet.
