About Lo Han Blend
We have created lo han blend with the help of both Erythritol & Monk Fruit extract. Both are 100% non-GMO natural ingredients which when blended together create a 1:1 sugar substitute which tastes & feels just like sugar!
Erythritol is a natural sweetener derived from sugar alcohols found in corn, fruits and plants.
It is about 70% the sweetness of sugar. By blending erythritol with our Monk Fruit, which is 150-300 x sweeter than sugar, it creates the perfect like-for-like sugar substitute. Magic.
Sprinkle into your morning porridge, pour into your baking delights, or a dash into your cup of coffee/tea. Explore our recipes page for more inspo!
Use just like sugar!
About Lo Han Honey

Lo han honey is 100% all-natural, non-GMO, Organic Monk Fruit Juice – no other ingredients added. We have named our Monk Fruit liquid, Lo Han Honey as it looks and tastes a little like bees honey. We recommend that 6-8 drops of lo han honey is equal to 1 tsp of sugar.

The ‘Longevity’ Fruit
Monk Fruit (aka Lou Han Guo) won’t raise blood glucose levels so is perfect for people who are diabetic or pre-diabetic*. The extract contains Zero carbohydrates so if you are looking to lower your carb intake or are following a Keto style diet then this natural sweetener is a perfect option. Another great benefit to Monk Fruit is that it has not yet been shown to contain any associated adverse effects, whereas many other sugar alternatives have been shown to produce gastrointestinal distress, bloating and many other uncomfortable symptoms.
Monk Fruit (also known as Luo Han Guo) is cultivated within the mountains of Guangxi, Southern China, in which it is then processed into a fine powder to use as a natural sugar alternative. Monk Fruit extract has been used for centuries by Buddhist Monks and is know as the ‘longevity fruit’,
